Our laboratory provides analytical control of raw materials and materials entering production, technological processes and finished products in order to determine quality and compliance

Our laboratory has at its disposal modern equipment:

* Foundry Master emission spectrometers, which can be used to analyze aluminum, zinc, copper, lead and steel alloys for chemical composition

* Portable X-Met 8000 XFA analyzer manufactured by HITACHI, which allows you to examine the secondary alloy and scrap coming for processing.

* milling, turning and grinding machines necessary for the preparation of samples for the study.

One of the priority types of work carried out in the laboratory is the spectral analysis of cast and deformable aluminum alloys for chemical composition. The results of the analyses performed on the Foundry Master optical emission spectrometer are characterized by high stability and reliability. The laboratory works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year without failures and stops. Verification of the correctness of the analysis results includes in-laboratory control, which is carried out regularly using standard samples, and external control, which consists in verifying the results of analyses performed by the laboratory and a thorough investigation of discrepancies.

The Metallurgical testing laboratory is working to verify the casting properties of aluminum alloys.

A well-equipped chemical laboratory allows you to analyze substances and materials, for the analysis of which only the classical method of "wet" chemistry is possible.
