QazMetService LLP is a diversified enterprise that supplies its products across Kazakhstan and around the world. Metallurgical facilities are equipped with the most modern technological equipment capable of embodying any customer's wishes in metal.
QazMetService LLP is a metallurgical enterprise equipped with modern high-tech melting equipment. The production capacity of the plant is 20 thousand tons of aluminum alloys per year.
The main equipment is four overlapping smelting complexes:
1) a complete distribution furnace,
2) a smelting furnace,
3) a rotary furnace.
4) tilting rotary furnace.
The enterprise produces the entire range of cast and wrought aluminum alloys in accordance with Kazakhstani GOSTs and international standards, and in the shortest possible time is able to master the production of special alloys, taking into account the individual technical conditions of our customers.
The laboratory of the plant is certified by the State Standard of Kazakhstan, high qualification of specialists and modern analytical equipment allows carrying out metallographic studies to assess the structure of alloys, control the amount of hydrogen, determine the strength characteristics and casting properties of alloys. The chemical composition of the alloys is determined on a FOUNDRY MASTER spectrometer.
The main strategically important indicator that ensures the competitiveness of the enterprise has always been the quality of the products. The company has implemented and successfully operates a Quality Management System according to ISO 9001: 2015 in the field of production of secondary aluminum alloys and aluminum-containing materials.
We produce Secondary aluminum alloys in ingots, grades: ADC 12, AK5M2, 226D, 239-D, 46100, 46200, 47100, AlSi9Cu3Fe, DA-160, E-150 and other alloy products according to individual customer specifications. Technology and equipment: Raw materials for production are aluminum containing waste:
- Aluminum shavings
- Aluminum slag
- Scrap aluminum secondary
